Don the running shoes for home fitness

Flinders University Sport & Fitness is excited to announce its 30k in May Strava Team Challenge – inviting students, staff, alumni and all members of the wider Flinders University community to take part, running and walking a combined 30,000 kilometres in May.

To participate, simply join the Strava Club and log all activities between the 4th and 31st of May to contribute to the group tally.

Coinciding with the Strava Challenge is the introduction of the University’s 10 Week Running Program, written by former Professional Triathlete and Exercise Physiologist, Chris Rawling.

Designed for those who are just starting running and those with more specific goals in mind, there is a program suitable to everyone offered across 5km, 10km and 21km distances. To register for the running program, please email
