Flinders University’s 2020 Your Voice survey has opened, so be sure to have your say to help make our University even better!

All current staff have been invited to complete the survey through a unique link emailed on 17 June. If you have not received yours, please check all Outlook folders (including junk and other folders), and email yourvoice@flinders.edu.au if unable to locate. This individual link enhances the digital security of the survey and ensures consistent grouping of responses into Colleges and Portfolio areas.

The survey will remain open until midnight on Tuesday 30 June.

Responses to the survey are completely anonymous. Feedback will be compiled offsite by Voice Project and the results of group averages reported, ensuring no individuals’ responses are identified.

Summative results are reported at University level together with college or portfolio area, enabling feedback to inform improvements across the board and at workplace level.
