Strengthen up in time for spring

Flinders Sport and Fitness is offering members a six-week strength and conditioning program through the TeamBuildr app, which is running through to 28 August.

Designed by the gym’s qualified training staff, the program is convenient, progressive, programmed and includes exercise demonstrations by video.

Memberships must be valid for the entire six weeks of the program to be eligible. The offer applies to new members and existing. Staff considering membership are asked to please visit the Flinders University Sport and Fitness website for more information on member benefits including salary sacrifice options.
