Everyone is invited to join the Flinders Sport & Fitness team and prepare for the City to Bay fun run, with Chris Rawling delivering free online programs for beginners wanting to run the 6km half distance, runners keen to smash their 12km personal best, and everyone in between.
The online running blocks will commence from Monday 31 August for both members and non-members. Join via the 10 Week TeamBuildr Run program.
In-person coaching sessions are also available to join on Wednesday mornings from 6 to 7am at the Pavilion, or Athletics Club training at 9am on Sundays.
