APEX event explores leadership

The next APEX lunchtime event aims to develop leadership skills with an engaging presentation from Dr Michael Bell.

So much attention on leadership is on the easily measured and observed, but research shows the ‘life blood’ of organisations is predominantly unnoticed and taken-for-granted. This presentation explores how, through our leadership, we can locate and amplify that life blood as part of enhancing innovation in our teams.

Dr Michael Bell has been working as an academic in educational leadership for more than 12 years and has taught innovation in China, and throughout South East Asia as well as locally. His keen interest is in the dynamics of generativity as a source of social change. Michael is an engaging and imaginative presenter who brings theory and experience to life, no matter who his audience.
