Program opens to volunteer organisations

Volunteer organisations in need of a video can apply now for the Community Voices Program, which sees filmmaking students partner with community organisations to promote their business, fundraise, recruit volunteers or raise awareness about the work they do.

The initiative is a collaboration between the SA Government Department of Human Services and Flinders University Screen Production, and has produced 130 short documentaries and video advertisements to date.

Not-for-profit organisations typically operate with limited funding, prioritising their resources towards their cause.

The videos produced within the program are professional and of a high standard, with several in the past winning external awards.

Members of the Flinders University community are encouraged to share this fantastic opportunity with any volunteer organisations they are involved with, or know could do with a helping hand.
