The NHMRC Biennial Awards recognise outstanding leadership, innovation and sector contribution, and nominations for the 2021 awards are now open.

The awards seek to recognise and applaud Australia’s  high achieving individuals and groups from our health and medical research sector, identifying outstanding leadership, innovation and sector contribution.

The suite of awards include the NHMRC Research Quality Award, NHMRC Consumer Engagement Award and NHMRC Ethics Award. NHMRC also seeks submission from the sector of digital scientific images for the NHMRC Science to Art Award — a competition that highlights the artistic beauty of Australian health and medical research.

Nominations for all of these awards close at 5pm AEDST on Thursday 1 April, and more details about the awards are available from the NHMRC website.
