Win a double pass to see Supernature

Professor Garry Stewart – director of Assemblage Centre for Creative Arts at Flinders University – conceived and choreographed Supernature, the new work by Australian Dance Theatre that is being presented as part of the Adelaide Festival at Her Majesty’s Theatre between 12-14 March.

Supernature is the latest major work in Professor Stewart’s Nature Series – his choreographic investigation into humanity’s complex relationship with nature.

As a special offer to Flinders staff, we are offering a chance to win one of 2 x double passes to the matinee performance at 1pm on Saturday, 13 March or Sunday, 14 March in Her Majesty’s Theatre, Adelaide. Please specify which of these two performance you’d prefer to attend in an email to sally.kloeden@flinders.edu.au.

Professor Stewart was also the focus of a major feature article in The Advertiser’s SA Weekend magazine on Saturday March 5, explaining his reasons for concluding his 22-year tenure as director of Australian Dance Theatre and his continuing work at Assemblage Centre for Creative Arts. “We have wonderful artists and academics at Flinders, working across film and theatre and creative writing and gaming,” says  Professor Stewart in the article. “I’m interested in facilitating conversations with the other colleges at the university – with medicine, health sciences, computer sciences, engineering and so forth – to manifest creative arts projects and research that is unique and hasn’t been done before.”
