Harping on the beauty of Celtic songs

Join acclaimed Adelaide harpist and singer Emma Horwood and Celtic harpist Christine Morphett for an exploration of Celtic music – both old and new – for the next Music at Flinders free concert, on Wednesday May 5.

The program – being presented in the Oasis Building from 4.10pm – will feature harp duets of traditional polkas and reels, Scottish, Irish and English folksongs, and contemporary Celtic works by Michael Rooney. Emma will also perform as harp and voice soloist, and Christine with her husband Peter Franche as the guitar and harp duo Telenn Tri.

Refreshments will not be available at the concerts however guests are welcome to bring snacks and drinks.
