The new process for engaging external contractors working on our campuses begins tomorrow. This will better comply with WHS regulations, further supporting contractor safety on our premises.

While the system roll-out on Service One will proceed, please note that the existing process will remain in place for the time being as part of this transition.

The new process will require that businesses working on site and their employees have a sponsored FAN.

Contractor services, including registration and induction, will be centralised in Service One and via a mobile app.

Please be aware that all staff members engaging contractors need to follow this new process. If you engage contractors in your area, please ensure you’re familiar with your responsibilities by reading the contractor safety management procedures and the Quick Reference Guide for engaging a contractor in FLO. General information about contractors is on the website, with updated content available soon.
