A new online travel tool is coming

The Finance and Procurement Services team has been working to bring Flinders University a new online domestic travel tool, which will be operational from 11 October.

Serko ZENO – the next generation of Serko’s online domestic travel booking tool – offers a new look and feel, more personalised experience and other unique features over the current Serko website.

Approval for travel is still required prior to booking – once approval has been received from your relevant Travel Approver, you can book your domestic travel online through Zeno.

What is Zeno?
Zeno revolutionises online travel bookings with intelligent technology, predictive workflows and industry-leading partners to bring together traveller satisfaction, cost savings and travel policy compliance all in one platform.

Why Zeno?
The Zeno travel booking interface is intuitive, modern and can be personalised to a traveller’s preferred viewing format. Bookings are simpler with less clicks, but still offer a wide range of choice and rich information, enabling faster, smarter purchase decisions.

When is this happening?
Zeno will go-live on Monday 11 October. The URL to access Zeno has not changed, so you can log on using the same email address and password that you currently use.

Zeno profiles
All traveller profiles have been transferred into Zeno, so there is no need for you to load anything to get started.

Training sessions
Phil Hoffmann Corporate Travel conducted three virtual training sessions to introduce the Zeno system. Recordings of the sessions These can be booked via iEnrol for the following dates:
