Learn about COVID vaccinations in children

Professor Jonathan Craig will join a panel of experts to discuss evidence-based research regarding the disease burden on children from COVID-19, at a special live seminar on Tuesday 21 September.

Professor Craig – Vice President and Executive Dean of the College of Medicine and Public Health – is a specialist in forming state, national and international networks to conduct high-quality, relevant trials in children, and he will present information about COVID-19 clinical trials that have been conducted in children and adolescents.

Professor Craig will be joined by clinician researcher Professor Helen Marshall, who will share findings into the impact of COVID-19 on children, and Deputy Chief Public Health Officer Dr Emily Kirkpatrick, who will discuss the evidence-based approach to the vaccine rollout in South Australia

Matthew Flinders Fellow Professor Claire Roberts will chair the session.

The event is being held at The Braggs (G60 Braggs Lecture Theatre) in the University of Adelaide campus, and will run from 5.30pm to 8.30pm.
