Flinders University has developed a new Contract Management System module, based in Service One, to support the management of contracts in accordance with the newly released Contract Management Framework.
The module provides tools such as dashboards and automated emails to track milestones, renewal or expiry dates and expenditure, as well as making all your contract information available for you to view at a central locality, in an easy-to-use format. Training and guidance material will be provided to new and current staff involved in contract management.
The Contract Management System module is progressively being rolled out across the University in accordance with the following timeframes:
Phase 1 | Non-Research Contracts | Sept – Oct 2021 |
Phase 2 | Research Contracts | Early 2022 |
Phase 3 | OGR, Work Integrated Learning and other areas of the University | After or same time as Phase 2 |
