Balance yourself with new pilates classes

Flinders University Sport & Fitness is offering all staff a chance to try the centre’s new pilates classes with a free 7-day trial.

Pilates lengthens and stretches all the major muscle groups in the body through a balanced series of exercises. It improves flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness, and – due to the amount of time many of us spend hunched in front of a screen- it offers a perfect way to realign your body.

This trial offer will be activated when you mention it at the Flinders University Sport & Fitness reception desk as you arrive for your preferred pilates class.

Don’t pay $25 per class for pilates at other gyms. Try it first for free at Flinders, and if you love it, classes are included in your gym membership. If you don’t have a membership, casual pilates classes cost $5 each.
