Through Flinders University’s College of Nursing and Health Sciences, End-of-Life Essentials (EOLE) has launched a new learning platform, with three new modules to further provide health professionals with education and resources to assist in delivering quality end-of-life care.
EOLE is a Commonwealth Funded project, provided through Flinders University, that provides free evidence-based end-of-life care education for doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals, as well as for staff responsible for accreditation, in any acute care hospital.
The new modules include:
- Meeting the Standards: Whatever your role, learn more about the end-of-life care elements in the NSQHS Comprehensive Care Standards.
- Clinical Change Management begins with having a good understanding of the hospital where you work, and the level of end-of-life care.
- The Importance of Coordinating Patient Care: Learn more about coordinating care within and beyond the hospital.
All learners will need to newly register to the EOLE education, even if they have used EOLE resources before.https://www.endoflifeessentials.com.au/tabid/5195/Default.aspx
