Showing our innovative medical devices

Flinders University recently hosted the Honourable Chris Picton MP, Minister for Health and Wellbeing, at the Tonsley campus to showcase advances in medical technology that are helping people to lead healthier, happier lives.

Minister Picton visited the Medical Device Research Institute, which is recognised internationally as a leader in the transformation of 21st century healthcare delivery.

During his visit to Bedford Park, Minister Picton also got a sneak peek at the Flinders Health and Medical Research Building (HMRB) taking shape at the heart of Flinders Village – and he made it up to the top level of the building for a panoramic view of the Flinders campus.
