Senior academic and professional leaders from across Flinders University have taken part in the inaugural Flinders University Leadership Program, which is designed to lead collaborative change with a human-centred approach.

Participants in this program took part in small group projects based on key areas for improvement that were identified in Flinders University’s 2022 Your Voice Survey results.

The final session of the program was held recently, which saw each project team present on topics including Process Efficiency, Staff Engagement, Clarity of Responsibility and Teaching Support.
