Car park 1 restrictions during Enrichment Events

On Monday 16 and Friday 20 June, there will be parking restrictions on the upper level of car park 1 during Enrichment Events for schools. A small number of parks will be available on the upper level on one side (FMC / right side) only, to allow space for school buses to park. Please follow the directions from parking attendants and observe the speed limit of 20km/hour. Please note: the middle and lower levels of car park 1 will not be affected.

Reminder – power outage in Biological Sciences Building

This Saturday 14 June between 5.15am and 11am, the Biological Sciences Building will be closed while power is temporarily switched off. The building will be closed during works, as part of the ongoing refurbishment of labs on levels 1 and 2. Please follow directions on signage during works.

July high voltage electrical maintenance

Maintenance of our high voltage (HV) electrical systems is coming up on the weekends of 5-6 and 12-13 July, as part of essential compliance upgrades. Works will occur in the following buildings and involve power outages ranging in length, building closures during works and all-day lift outages:

Central Library, Education, Flinders Child Care Centre, Flinders Living (all buildings and units), Station Plaza, Health and Medical Research Building, Health Sciences, Health Science Lecture Theatre Complex, Humanities, Law and Commerce, Maritime Compound (adjacent Flinders Living), Matthew Flinders Theatre / Drama, Oasis, Pendopo, Professional Services, Registry, Social Sciences North, Social Sciences South, Sports Centre, Sports Pavillion, Student Centre, Student Hub / Union and Yunkurrinthi Trruku.
