The University’s Equal Opportunity Policy has been reviewed in line with the University’s policy framework.

Reflecting key developments, including the Staff Code of Conduct and the University’s Anti-Racism Statement, the updated policy reinforces its role as the University’s definitive statement on anti-discrimination and anti-racism. It addresses all forms of discrimination, harassment, racism, vilification, and victimisation, and has been renamed the Equal Opportunity and Anti-Discrimination Policy.

The updated policy is currently available in the Flinders Policy Library until Wednesday, 5 November. Feedback can be submitted to policy@flinders.edu.au until this time.
