Do you want to improve your wellbeing in 2026? People and Culture have partnered with the College of Nursing and Health Sciences to bring you ThriveWell – an 8-week wellbeing program led by final year Nutrition and Dietetics, and Exercise Science students.
The program is offered as eight 1-hour face-to-face sessions during your lunch break, including practical cooking, exercise and interactive workshops. Covering a range of topics from gut health, nutrition, bone health, mobility and budget-friendly cooking, these sessions are designed to improve your knowledge of wellbeing in a practical and interactive format.
