Resident Exercise Physiologist Chris Rawling will run these sessions, and can give advice about how to use exercise to manage all health conditions.

EP sessions offer a great opportunity to get individual attention for a specific concern you may have, without having to invest in a one-on-one session.

Classes are limited to 10 people per session, to ensure a more personal approach to your training, and will be conducted at the following times:

Monday: 7am (Ladies only gym)

Tuesday: 12.30pm (Ladies only gym)

Wednesday: 5.30pm (S&C)

Thursday: 12.30pm (S&C)

These sessions are not part of your FUSF membership, so there will be an additional cost.

If you’re interested in attending frequently, we recommend purchasing a 10-visit pass. You can claim this on your private health fund; just ask for a receipt from reception at the time of sale. If you think that making a long-term commitment may be problematic, there is also a casual pass for $20 per session.

For people with Type 2 diabetes, visiting your GP can get a recommendation so that you can access 8 free sessions.

To take part in EP sessions, call 8201 2842 and set up a time for an initial assessment with Chris. If you’re one of Chris’s current clients, you can book in using the online booking page.

Exercise Physiology (EP) sessions have arrived at Flinders University Sport & Fitness.
