All staff are encouraged to take part in the 2022 Your Voice survey to provide feedback on job satisfaction, teamwork, communication, as well as local management and College and university leadership. All responses remain confidential and anonymous.<\/p>\n
The survey results are used to inform planning for the whole University, and within Portfolios and Colleges. Staff participation will help ensure the University has the data needed to make Flinders a better place to work.<\/p>\n
The last survey was undertaken in 2020 and saw a significant improvement in some results on the previous survey, including employees\u2019 perceptions of organisational objectives, change, and student satisfaction.<\/p>\n
