{"id":8277,"date":"2017-04-11T15:30:02","date_gmt":"2017-04-11T05:00:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.flinders.edu.au\/fit\/?p=8277"},"modified":"2017-06-21T18:49:38","modified_gmt":"2017-06-21T09:19:38","slug":"funded-research-opportunities-in-germany","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.flinders.edu.au\/fit\/2017\/04\/11\/funded-research-opportunities-in-germany\/","title":{"rendered":"Funded research opportunities in Germany"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Applications open this week for leading researchers in the early stages of their careers to go on research exchange between Australia and Germany.<\/p>\n<p>Administered nationally since 2015 by Universities Australia with partner organisation, the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the Australia-Germany Joint Research Cooperation Scheme has already funded over 170 collaborative research projects.<\/p>\n<p>The DAAD is the largest funding organisation in the world supporting the international exchange of students and scholars.<\/p>\n<p>The scheme is open to Australian researchers at participating Australian universities in all academic fields involved in a collaborative project with German research partners.<\/p>\n<p>Applications are open until 16 June 2017.
