The COG will have primary responsibility for planning, reviewing, evaluating, and renewing MD curriculum to ensure it supports course philosophy, complies with regulatory standards, and meets the changing demands of the health environment.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.flinders.edu.au\/flinders-medical-program\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/108\/2023\/01\/DRAFT-COG-Terms-of-Reference.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">DRAFT COG Terms of Reference<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Expressions of interest are now sought<\/strong> from clinical, academic, and professional staff and affiliates from all teaching\/learning sites (e.g., MDRS, NT and SA) to join this important<br \/>\ngroup. Interested parties will share a passion for curriculum; appreciation for the importance of curriculum governance; a commitment to enhancing MD curricular objectives, content,<br \/>\nintegration, coherence, assessment, and evaluation; and subscribe to a medical \u2018generalist\u2019 approach to teaching MD students.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TENURE<\/strong><br \/>\nCOG tenure is for one year initially, with opportunity to renew. Meetings will be held monthly and online only. Anticipated individual time commitment for members is approximately five<br \/>\nhours per month, with the bulk of curriculum review and editing work occurring outside of meetings via a shared online platform.<\/p>\n<p><strong>APPLY<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you are interested in becoming a member of the COG, please email an up-to-date CV summary and 1-2 paragraph statement identifying (a) preferred \u2018role\u2019 and (b) why you are well suited to fulfilling it to <a href=\"mailto:maxine.moore@flinders.edu.au\">maxine.moore@flinders.edu.au<\/a> by <strong>COB Friday 10th February 2023<\/strong>.
