Flinders NT bids farewell to Monica Barolits-McCabe, Manager of Flinders NT.

Monica is an extraordinary and passionate leader, and has been particularly influential in improving Aboriginal health, and developing programs and support pathways for aspiring students. Her passion to ensure that Aboriginal and Torres Straits Islander people are supported prior to and within the Northern Territory Medical Program has been transformative, both for communities and for the individuals whose lives have been so positively impacted.

We wish Monica all the very best for her new position as CEO of the Australian Indigenous Doctors’ Association (AIDA), a not-for-profit association that supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander medical students and doctors, which will benefit greatly from her skills and professional networks.
