Hi all,<\/p>\n

There are some planned construction works in the Flinders Laneway and throughout the Matthew Flinders Theatre Breezeway which may affect access to these areas.<\/p>\n

There are two projects occurring in this area over the coming weeks:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. A refresh of the Flinders Laneway<\/strong> which includes pavement painting, gardening works and new furniture.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The Laneway will be closed for painting on two weekends from:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • 3pm Friday 20 September, reopening Monday 23 September<\/li>\n
    • 3pm Friday 27 September, reopening Monday 30 September<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n
      1. Fire detection and lighting upgrading works in the Breezeway<\/strong> (Transition Walkway)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Please note, access to the area around the theatre side entrance, foyer and the toilet thoroughfare will be limited at various times from Friday 20 September 3pm \u2013 Tuesday 8 October<\/strong>. Please follow all signage to navigate the area during these times.<\/p>\n

        Both these works will involve temporary pedestrian diversions and intermittent noise associated with pressure cleaning, furniture installation and low level drilling.<\/p>\n
