I have tried this service last year and the service is amazing. I only had experience a litle problem that after subscribing this service I could not access my record. So, it means that if I subscribe to sms alert service, I could not access my record through the internet. I think it is a good idea if flinders can provide both services at the same time, which means, your users can access both sms service and flinders website.

Subscribing to the SMS service shouldn’t effect your access to the ‘My Record’ link from the catalogue in any way. If you have a few spare minutes, drop into one of our branches and we’ll see if we can’t work out what’s going on. – Matt.
