MD Curriculum: comments and improvements sought

Dear Colleagues,

We would like to highlight the Flinders Doctor of Medicine (MD) curriculum in each of the disciplines which is intended to provide greater clarity for students, teaching staff and clinicians regarding the suggested knowledge and skills for our Flinders MD graduates. The core skills outline is particularly important as it should help focus students towards the areas that are absolutely essential in completing the MD. The curriculum should also assist our students who may not experience specific attachment to certain specialities and these documents should help guide the areas that assessment of medical students should cover, as for example in the progress test. They can be viewed as a webpage or on a mobile device and we encourage students to use them on attachments to focus their learning needs. This is intended to be a dynamic and evolving curriculum. We would welcome any comments or improvements. The available topic links are:
