Please see the full steps to provide below before any filming can commence at a Flinders location.
All information needs to be provided by the Flinders point of contact (internal staff member that’s not marketing/media) to the external stakeholder:
Step 1:
Please contact the Property, Facilities and Development Customer Service Team via email (pfd@flinders.edu.au) with the following information to create a FAN for you and your staff.
Main company contact (the person responsible for adding company and staff details, and insurance certificates)
- First name, last name
- Date of birth
- Contact phone number
- A unique email address
Staff who will attend site
- First name, last name
- Date of birth
- Contact phone number
- A unique email address
You will then receive an email with instructions on how to activate your account and complete an induction. Inductions will be valid for 12 months.
Step 2:
When the Customer Service Team provides you with a FAN for login, please register here to provide indemnity insurance up to $20 million and complete an online induction process

Please liaise with Flinders contracts team by raising a service one ticket for a site access agreement.
