The Flinders SA Regional Training Hub hosted a stakeholder dinner in Victor Harbor on 17 June, bringing together Barossa Hills Fleurieu clinicians, GP partners and supervisors, clinical educators, Flinders staff, and regional fourth-year medical students.<\/p>\n
The event provided an opportunity for stakeholders from across the regional training network to connect, with many meeting face to face for the first time. The evening supported engagement between clinicians, educators, students, and university staff involved in regional medical training.<\/p>\n
Professor James Padley, Flinders SARM Program Lead, addressed attendees and spoke about the importance of collaboration and the shared commitment to developing and sustaining a strong regional medical workforce.<\/p>\n
The dinner also provided opportunities for discussion and networking, strengthening relationships between those who support medical education and training across the region.<\/p>\n
The contribution of clinicians, educators, supervisors, and professional staff who support student learning and regional medical training is greatly appreciated.
