I asked her about her study background, and it turns out she studied the Master of Clinical Education at Flinders University.<\/p>\n<p>All the course coordinators standout in the way they manage their units and students and although it was an online course, I felt supported at every step, especially through the COVID times.<\/p>\n<p>The course content is relevant to learning and has certainly developed my understanding as a teacher. Not only is the learning focussed on students being at the centre of education, it is also put into practice. I learnt to reflect on own my practices and to address the areas I needed to develop.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How did your time at Flinders University influence you both professionally and personally?<\/strong> Professionally, I am a Teaching Academic and will continue to explore and strengthen my teaching and research skills in this profession.<\/p>\n<p>I have also gained more confidence both in my professional and personal lives. I feel satisfied with the learning outcomes (including management and resolving issues) from this course as they can be implemented at all stages of life and in all environments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What are the three most important professional attributes that your Flinders degree equipped you with? <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reflection<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving skills: interacting with difficult students or staff<\/li>\n<li>Teaching and management skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who has inspired you the most in life?<\/strong> My father has always inspired me. He said: \u201cLearning never stops, you can study and learn new skills at any age.
