Leadership is about making others better through empowering them to be and do their best. Management and leadership in research refer to the skills and responsibilities required to effectively lead and manage a research group or project. The Management and Leadership module provides some tips on how to develop your management and leadership skills throughout your candidature, and how you can apply those skills in your future endeavours. The module also lists a number of useful online courses to help you further develop specific management and leadership skills and attributes needed to succeed in leadership positions.
