We want Flinders to be a workplace and environment where people can speak freely without fear of humiliation, punishment, or other negative consequences. It is important for staff and students to feel empowered to share their perspectives and ideas.<em> All Flinders staff and students are invited to join.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In this keynote, leading Australian WHS expert <a href=\"https:\/\/www.karenmaher.com.au\/\">Karen Maher<\/a> deep dives into \u201cpsychological safety\u201d, explaining what it is, and how we can create and instil this important concept within our workplaces. You will benefit from real case studies and practical examples.
