<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/researchers.uq.edu.au\/researcher\/1252\">Dr Chelsea Bond (University of Queensland); <\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lancaster.ac.uk\/fhm\/about-us\/people\/jennie-popay\">Prof Jennie Popay (University of Lancaster, UK)<\/a>;
