I\u2019d say the real question is, why wouldn\u2019t you want to study overseas? If the opportunity is present, and it interests you, why not give it a go! You get to travel, meet new people, and have brand new experiences.<\/p>\n

To say the least, my study abroad in the United States at The University of Arizona<\/a> sure has been an adventure. The journey has brought out many emotions along the way, bits of fear, excitement, homesickness, and of course other unforeseen struggles have popped up, but by all means that, and the dent I have made in my finances is well worth it all the great times that have been had!<\/p>\n

The trip has been beneficial in a number of ways, not only have I learnt more academically, and had the opportunity to take classes not offered at Flinders, but most of all, this trip, the travels and the study abroad has allowed me to grow as an individual. It\u2019s almost made me a more confident traveler. I\u2019ve met so many unique and interesting people from around the globe throughout these last 4 months, and have learnt about their cultures and lifestyles which I otherwise probably would not have learnt. If you’ve read my previous posts, you would have seen that I initially was meant to leave Tucson in December, but have loved my experiences so much that i decided to extend my stay at study the Spring semester, and travel until mid June, 2017 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

I\u2019m currently waiting to board my flight to New York City, to spend the winter break on the East Coast with Amy, before spring semester commences early Jan. Now sitting here reflecting on my time in Tucson these past 4 months, I feel incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to experience studying and living in the United States, and I can\u2019t wait to see what next semester has to offer at UA! Go Wildcats!<\/p>\n
