Health practices like that of Health, Counselling and Disability Services here at Flinders regularly go through formal practice accreditation processes.

The purpose of these accreditation processes are to ensure high quality health care service delivery.

My congratulations to the the Health team (doctors, nurses and front of house staff) on their result in the 2019 CFEP practice accreditation patient feedback survey.

85 of our patients provided feedback to the accreditors. The picture below is a summary of our results.

In future posts we’ll dig a bit further into the results and talk about what we’re doing as a service to get better.
