Studyology V3 is go – procrastination be gone!!

Do you have trouble with procrastination?

I certainly do. I’m pretty sure most people do.

Counsellors tell me it is one of the most common problems that students present with.

In 2018, Ben Smith and myself created and delivered a small-group, face-to-face program called Studyology.

The program has been through a few iterations in the last couple of years. You can read a brief history here.

We now have an online ready version!

We are piloting the program, starting Thursday the 21st May.

The new Studyology is a five-session program. We teach a different concept in each of the 5-sessions. Combined, these concepts give you a psychological process you can use to disrupt procrastination behaviour.

We’re running a pilot of this program in the evening – 7.00pm to 8.00pm so as to not conflict with existing course content.

We’re running it in Collaborate, so you can attend from the comfort of your own home.

Access to the sessions is via the Oasis Online FLO topic.

Remember! – Kick Off is 21st May at 7.00pm, with the subsequent sessions each Thursday on the 28th May, 4th June, 11th June and 18th June. Just in time for exams.

There is no need to register. Just put it in your diary and rock up on the night.
