Introduction to Mental Fitness

 

My Mental Fitness Workshop is almost ready for release!

The two-hour workshop will introduce you to the concept of mental fitness, explain why should build it, how you build it, where to get started and what traps to look out for.

Expect to see that in the coming weeks.

In the meantime, you can familiarise yourself with some of the concepts in this handout I created a while back.

It has held up surprisingly well in terms of describing the mental fitness concept and outlining some steps a person might take to build mental fitness. There are a few differences between this guide and the workshop, but they are minor.

I’ll let you know when the workshop launches. It will be provided on Oasis Online, so if you aren’t enrolled in that topic yet, I totally recommend that you do.
