About this Event

Are you interested in making new friends?

Join us for a night of speed friending in a fun and supportive environment!

On the night

  • The first half of the evening will feature speed friending. You will get 2 minutes to talk to everyone at the event and make new social connections
  • After the speed friending there will be food and drinks (non-alcoholic)
  • Later there will be opportunity to socialise with the people you have met
  • There will be a live DJ at low volume, with the ability to move to a quieter space if you prefer
  • There will also be activities including board games, art, and more!

How it will work

We have created a video to demonstrate how the speed friending will work. You can view it below.

(Please note, if you need captions we can provide them. Please let us know via the contact details below).

  • The event is wheelchair accessible
  • If you experience sensory challenges there will be a quiet space indoors and outdoors
  • If you are socially anxious we will have some prompt questions to help you start conversations
