Interested in learning Mental Health First Aid?

Many of the courses/programs that come out of Health, Counselling and Disability Services and Oasis focus on giving you the skills to look after your own mental health.

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you the practical skills to support someone else with a mental health problem.

Iris, who started with us this year has been delivering MHFA programs to students and she contacted me to let me know about one of the final MHFA trainings for the year.

It is a 2-day, face-to-face course (9am to 5pm each day).

It is running on the 22nd and 29th October (Fridays)

To sign-up email Iris directly on mhfa@flinders.edu.au

In the meantime, enjoy this lovely flyer!
