Hi all

Please be aware that essential maintenance of our high voltage electricity system will start across buildings in Bedford Park over two weekends, starting Sunday 10 July. This is part of a rolling three-year program of maintenance works.

This will involve a series of short outages across the following locations. Please see the table below for the proposed program. At this stage, we expect that this year’s program will be completed by 17 July.

For safety reasons, buildings will be closed in line with this schedule and no access will be permitted. Lifts will be unavailable during this time.

Other spaces will be available on North Ridge, including the Main Library and Hub. If you have access requirements, please use car park 6 for the Hub and Library. If you require access assistance at any time, please contact Security on 8201 2880.

Please ensure you save all work and shut down computers ahead of these times.

Craig Brown will be your key contact regarding this maintenance. If you have critical equipment or research requiring constant power supply or checking during the outages, please contact Craig via email by Tuesday 14 June to discuss your requirements. For any other electrical queries, please contact the Electrical team via Service One.

Please share this information with your peers if relevant.
