
Sarah Hogg has been appointed as the new NT Counsellor in Darwin, bringing over 12 years of experience in counselling and social work to support the students, with a focus on providing guidance and support for their well-being and mental health.
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Sarah Hogg as the NT Counsellor, starting on May 3rd. With over 12 years of experience in counselling and social work in the Northern Territory, Sarah brings valuable expertise to support the students in our community.
Sarah graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work in 2010 and has been dedicated to providing exceptional counselling services throughout her career. Most recently, she worked as a Counsellor at CatholicCare NT, where she excelled in various programs such as School Counselling and Employee Assistance Program. Prior to that, Sarah worked as a social worker at Centrelink, gaining extensive experience in working with diverse communities.
In addition to her practical experience, Sarah is currently pursuing a Masters of Therapeutic Arts Practice and holds a Graduate Certificate of Play Therapy, complementing her Bachelor of Behavioural Science.
Sarah will be available to students three days a week, specifically on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Her primary location will be at CDU, where she will provide counselling services to students seeking guidance and support.
