{"id":2098,"date":"2019-09-16T14:14:18","date_gmt":"2019-09-16T04:44:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.flinders.edu.au\/student-health-and-well-being\/?p=2098"},"modified":"2019-09-16T14:14:18","modified_gmt":"2019-09-16T04:44:18","slug":"places-free-for-the-next-studyology-program-on-the-20th-september","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.flinders.edu.au\/student-health-and-well-being\/2019\/09\/16\/places-free-for-the-next-studyology-program-on-the-20th-september\/","title":{"rendered":"Places free for the next Studyology program on the 20th September"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Studyology is a 4-session program designed to give you the psychological tools necessary to combat common study challenges: procrastination, low motivation, study avoidance.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve shared reflections on the program in some previous blog posts &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.flinders.edu.au\/student-health-and-well-being\/2019\/09\/05\/studyology-insights-taking-the-edge-of-that-study-distress\/\">taking the edge of study distress<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.flinders.edu.au\/student-health-and-well-being\/2019\/08\/27\/how-did-i-get-frightened-of-my-study\/\">understanding study anxiety<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Studyology is kicking off again on the 20th September (this Friday) at 10.30am at OASIS with sessions 2, 3, and 4 on the 27th September, 4th October and 11th October respectively.<\/p>\n<p>There are some places left for this program at the moment, so if you wish to participate, email me on gareth.furber@flinders.edu.au &#8211; I&#8217;ll go on a first-come, first-serve basis.<\/p>\n<p>If you don&#8217;t get in, don&#8217;t fret.
