Whilst live sessions run during the year, many students can&#8217;t attend those sessions. Thus recorded sessions are made available for students to peruse in their own time. Watching time ~ 36 minutes<\/em>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>If you&#8217;ve been following along, you will know that I have been releasing recorded versions of the Studyology sessions here on the blog.<\/p>\n<p>Studyology is a program for students wanting to tackle procrastination. It draws on ideas from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you develop \u2018psychological flexibility\u2019 which is a psychological capacity for focusing one\u2019s efforts and attention on those tasks that matter most, even in the face of difficult thoughts, feelings, memories and sensations.<\/p>\n<p>You can access sessions <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.flinders.edu.au\/student-health-and-well-being\/2021\/08\/23\/access-the-first-studyology-session-to-see-if-this-anti-procrastination-program-is-to-your-liking\/\">1<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.flinders.edu.au\/student-health-and-well-being\/2021\/08\/31\/studyology-session-2-recording-now-available\/\">2<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.flinders.edu.au\/student-health-and-well-being\/2021\/09\/21\/studyology-session-3-recording-now-available\/\">3<\/a> at their respective links.<\/p>\n<p>Now you can watch Session 4 \ud83e\udd73<\/p>\n<p>Session 4 looks at why you are studying and connecting to the values you have about the student you want to be.
