Deets in the post. <em>Reading time ~ 30 seconds.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Just a quick post to let you know that Mindful Yoga is back for the end Semester 2, kicking off on the 11th October.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, Maureen was telling me about it this morning.<\/p>\n<p>Mindful Yoga typically runs on Tuesdays from 12-1 at the Oasis Community Centre (J7 on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.flinders.edu.au\/content\/dam\/documents\/campus\/maps\/campus-map.pdf\">campus map<\/a>). It is a great location, as you can see from the photo.<\/p>\n<p>It is a gentle, relaxing form of yoga.
