This is a one-day version on the 21st October at Oasis Community Centre. Details in post. <em>Reading time ~ 1 minute.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The Be Well Plan is a mental health and wellbeing program designed to teach you what kinds of activities improve mental health and wellbeing and how to get them embedded into your everyday life.<\/p>\n<p>You can read more about the program in the main Be Well Plan <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.flinders.edu.au\/student-health-and-well-being\/2022\/03\/08\/opportunity-to-do-the-be-well-program\/\">post<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This post is to let you know that the program is only running once more this year! Egad! \ud83d\ude32<\/p>\n<p>The final Be Well Plan at Flinders for 2022 is a 1 x 6 hour version (runs from 9-3) and is running on the 21st October at the Oasis Community Centre.<\/p>\n<p>RSVPing is as simple as sending me an email (gareth.furber@flinders.edu.au) from your Flinders address and letting me know you&#8217;d like to take part.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ve already got a bunch of people attending but there is definitely room for more.<\/p>\n<p>This session might be a good one for those of you who have completed the <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.flinders.edu.au\/student-health-and-well-being\/2022\/09\/05\/flinders-student-wellbeing-survey-is-live\/\">Student Wellbeing Survey<\/a> and are contemplating what steps you could take to invest more in your mental health.<\/p>\n<p>Or maybe you just want to take a day out of the rush of assignments and exams and focus on some practical self-care.<\/p>\n<p>It is also worth noting that whilst I have delivered the multi-session version of the program quite a few times and feel comfortable with it, this will be my first time delivering the 6 hour version.
