Over 8 weeks, this course helps you relate differently to <strong>stress, uncertainty, and the challenges of study and everyday life<\/strong> \u2014 while also strengtheing your sense of <strong>meaning, <\/strong>attention, self-regulation, and resilience.<\/p>\n<p>MBSR is not a therapeutic program \u2013 it is a <strong>skills-based educational program<\/strong>. The program focuses on building practical capacities that support learning, performance, and wellbeing in the context of academic success.<\/p>\n<p>Through the cultivation of skills, attitudes and knowledge, the MBSR program offers a scientific and evidence-based approach to develop and quicken our innate human capacities for <strong>attention, awareness and wise action<\/strong>.
