Join a New 7-Day Online Program to Live Well, Your Way! (PILOT)"},"content":{"rendered":"<hr \/>\n<p><span class=\"citation-1 citation-end-1\">If you are over 17 and feeling &#8220;meh,&#8221; you can participate in a one-week online program, developed by a Flinders PhD student <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.flinders.edu.au\/student-health-and-well-being\/2025\/04\/22\/spotlighting-the-future-of-wellbeing-promotion-meet-elli-and-aria\/\">Elli<\/a>, to improve your well-being and receive a $20 eGiftcard for your feedback<\/span>. <span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">The program starts 7-13 July 2025! Complete a short eligibility survey (scan QR code below) to express interest.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Life can feel overwhelming, can\u2019t it? Balancing studies, careers, finances, parenting, relationships, and health often leaves little time to focus on <em>you.<\/em> And with so much advice out there\u2014stress less, sleep more, eat better, exercise, be optimistic\u2014it\u2019s easy to feel stuck or unsure of where to start.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019re not alone!<\/p>\n<p>Over 5 million Australians report less than optimal wellbeing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bewellco.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Stuck-In-Neutral-Languishing-and-its-impact-on-Australia-Be-Well-Co.pdf\">(van Agteren &amp; Iasiello, 2025).<\/a><\/p>\n<p>But here\u2019s the good news: Wellbeing isn\u2019t one-size-fits-all. The latest research shows that living well is unique to <em>you<\/em>.
