That means someone in your tutorial, your friendship group, or even under the same roof could be struggling \u2014 and you could be the person who notices.<\/p>\n<p>This free, <strong>internationally accredited course<\/strong> teaches you how to recognise signs of mental health issues like anxiety, depression, psychosis, and substance use and how to respond confidently in a crisis.
