Develop the skills and knowledge to:
- Calm your nervous system, so you can rest
- Listen to your emotions without being flooded by them
- Don’t believe everything you think!
- Develop stronger boundaries and more connection
- Develop new ways of enjoying ordinary moments in life
- Let go of habits that no longer serve you
- Digest the past so you can be more present to this moment
The mindfulness practice will support you with your physical health, mental health as well as your relationships.
