Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program

Eight week program to build emotional and psychological resilience and wellbeing.

Develop the skills and knowledge to:

  • Calm your nervous system, so you can rest
  • Listen to your emotions without being flooded by them
  • Don’t believe everything you think!
  • Develop stronger boundaries and more connection
  • Develop new ways of enjoying ordinary moments in life
  • Let go of habits that no longer serve you
  • Digest the past so you can be more present to this moment

The mindfulness practice will support you with your physical health, mental health as well as your relationships.
